Es wird ein Verfahren (39) zur Erzeugung eines Schachtelungsplans (49A) für eine Ansteuerung eines Schneidprozesses einer Flachbettwerkzeugmaschine (1) zum Ausschneiden von Werkstücken (9) aus einer Materialtafel (7) offenbart, wobei der Schachtelungsplan (49A) eine überlappungsfreie Anordnung von den Werkstücken (9) entsprechenden Teilräumen (9A, 9B, …) in einem zweidimensionalen Planungsraum (23) sowie eine räumliche Anordnung von vorbestimmten Auflageräumen (27) umfasst. Nach jedem neuen Einfügen eines Teilraums (9A, 9B, …) während der Schachtelung wird eine Packungsdichtenbewertung und mindestens eine die Positionsdaten einbeziehenden Bewertung (127, 129A-C) der jeweiligen Ausgangslage (54) des neu eingefügten Teilraums (9A, 9B, …) in einem lokalen Suchraum durchgeführt.

The invention relates to a method (39) for producing a nesting plan (49A) for controlling cutting process of a flat-bed machine tool (1) for cutting out workpieces (9) from a material sheet (7), the nesting plan (49A) comprising an overlap-free arrangement of sub-areas (9A, 9B, ...) corresponding to the workpieces (9) in a two-dimensional planning space (23) and a spatial arrangement of predetermined support areas (27). After each new insertion of a sub-area (9A, 9B, ...) during the nesting, a packing density assessment and at least one assessment (127, 129A-C), incorporating the position data, of the starting position (54) of the newly inserted sub-area (9A, 9B, ...) are performed in a local search area.

L'invention concerne un procédé (39) de génération d'un plan d'imbrication (49A) pour commander un processus de coupe d'une machine-outil à banc plat (1) pour découper des pièces (9) d'une feuille de matériau (7), le plan d'imbrication (49A) comprenant une disposition sans chevauchement d'espaces partiels (9A, 9B, ...) correspondant aux pièces (9) dans un espace de planification bidimensionnel (23) et une disposition spatiale d'espaces de support prédéterminés (27).
