Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Radbremsaktuator für Kraftfahrzeuge, dazu dienend, Bremsmittel (6a, 6b) in Richtung eines Bremsrotors zu bewegen, aufweisend eine Elektromotor-Getriebeanordnung mit einer Rotation-Translation-Wandlerbaugruppe umfassend eine Mutter-Spindelanordnung (9, 14), sowie ein Elastoelement (22) welches einem Löseendanschlag (20) der Spindelanordnung (9) zugeordnet ist, um eine automatische elektrische Elektromotorabschaltung gemeinsam mit einer Steuereinheit zu ermöglichen. Das Elastoelement umfasst mindestens zwei Tellerfedern (48, 49, 50), die in der Lage sind, eine gespreizte Kraft-Weg-Federkennlinie auszubilden, die aus mehreren Federkennlinienstücken segmentiert ist.

The invention relates to an electrical wheel brake actuator for motor vehicles, designed to move braking means (6a, 6b) towards a braking rotor and having: an electric motor-transmission assembly with a rotation-translation converter assembly that comprises a nut-spindle arrangement (9, 14); and an elastomer element (22) which is associated with a release end-stop (20) of the spindle arrangement (9) and which, together with a control unit, allows the electric motor to be automatically electrically switched off. The elastomer element comprises at least two conical disc springs (48, 49, 50) capable of forming an expanded spring load-displacement curve formed from multiple spring load-displacement curve segments.

L'invention concerne un actionneur de frein de roue électrique pour véhicules à moteur, servant à déplacer des moyens de freinage (6a, 6b) en direction d'un rotor de freinage, ledit actionneur comprenant un système de transmission à moteur électrique muni d'un module convertisseur rotation-translation comprenant un système vis-écrou (9, 14), ainsi qu'un élément élastique (22) associé à une butée de fin de course de desserrage (20) du système à vis (9), afin de permettre la mise hors circuit automatique du moteur électrique conjointement avec une unité de commande. L'élément élastique comprend au moins deux rondelles-ressorts (48, 49, 50) qui sont en mesure de former une courbe caractéristique de ressort force-course étalée qui est segmentée en plusieurs portions de courbe caractéristique de ressort.
