Vorgeschlagen wird eine Membran (100) für ein Membranventil oder Stellventil, wobei die Membran (100) in dem Membranventil oder Stellventil zum Steuern des Durchflusses dient; wobei an der Membran eine Lasche (110) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie über die Membranfläche hinausragt; wobei die Lasche (110) zur Fixierung eines Transponders (210) mindestens eine Aussparung (200) aufweist; wobei der Transponder (210) von einer abgeschlossenen Hülle (220) aus Kunststoff, Elastomer oder Silikon umhüllt ist; und wobei der umhüllte Transponder mit Hilfe der mindestens einen Aussparung an der Lasche fixiert ist. Die Aussparung erlaubt dabei, den von einer abgeschlossenen Hülle umgebenen Transponder von außen an der Lasche der Membran zu fixieren, so dass es nicht notwendig ist, den Transponder bereits bei der Produktion der Membran in ihre innere Struktur zu integrieren. Der Transponder kann separat, zu einem beliebigen anderen Zeitpunkt gefertigt und mit Daten bestückt werden.

A diaphragm (100) for a diaphragm valve or actuator valve is proposed, wherein the diaphragm (100) in the diaphragm valve or actuator valve serves for controlling the throughflow; wherein a tab (110) is configured on the diaphragm in such a way that it protrudes beyond the diaphragm surface; wherein the tab (110) has at least one cut-out (200) for fixing a transponder (210); wherein the transponder (210) is encased by a self-contained sleeve (220) made from plastic, elastomer or silicone; and wherein the encased transponder is fixed with the aid of the at least one cut-out on the tab. Here, the cut-out allows the transponder which is surrounded by the self-contained sleeve to be fixed from the outside on the tab of the diaphragm, with the result that it is not necessary for the transponder to already be integrated into the inner structure of the diaphragm during the production of the latter. The transponder can be manufactured separately at any desired other time, and can be loaded with data.

L'invention concerne une membrane (100) pour une soupape à membrane ou une soupape de réglage, la membrane (100) dans la soupape à membrane ou la soupape de réglage servant à commander le débit; une languette (110) est formée sur la membrane de manière à faire saillie au-delà de la surface de la membrane; la languette (110) comporte au moins un évidement (200) pour la fixation d'un transpondeur (210); le transpondeur (210) est enveloppé d'une enveloppe (220) en matière plastique, en élastomère ou en silicone; et le transpondeur enveloppé est fixé à la languette au moyen d'au moins un évidement. L'évidement permet de fixer par l'extérieur le transpondeur entouré par une enveloppe fermée sur la languette de la membrane, de sorte qu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'intégrer le transpondeur dans sa structure interne dès la production de la membrane. Le transpondeur peut être fabriqué séparément, réalisé à tout autre moment et muni de données.
