This ophthalmic lens has a front face and a rear face, and has: a light cut factor CutLED of at least 20% for wavelengths ranging from 380 nm to 500 nm, CutLED being defined by: formula (I), where ∑ is a discrete or continuous sum operator, λ is the wavelength in nm, lens T% is the transmittance of said lens in % and LED emission% is the spectral distribution of a white light emitting diode in %; and an antireflective coating on the front and rear faces having a luminous reflectance in the visible region for scotopic vision Rv' lower than or equal to 1.5%.

Lentille ophtalmique présentant une face avant et une face arrière, et ayant : un facteur de coupure de lumière CutLED d'au moins 20 % pour des longueurs d'onde allant de 380 nm à 500 nm, CutLED étant défini par : la formule (I), où ∑ est un opérateur de somme distincte ou continus, λ est la longueur d'onde en nm, T % de lentille est la transmittance de ladite lentille en % et émission % de DEL est la distribution spectrale d'une diode électroluminescente blanche en %; et un revêtement antireflet sur les faces avant et arrière ayant un facteur de réflexion lumineux dans la région visible pour une vision scotopique Rv' inférieur ou égal à 1,5 %.
