Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for dispensing and/or aspirating a volume of liquid (8), in particular employing a method for controlling a magnetic valve (3). The method for dispensing or aspirating a volume of liquid (8) comprises controlling a flow of a system fluid (9) by means of a magnetic valve (3) located between a pressure source (1+, 1-) and a dispenser or pipetting tip (6), and dispensing or aspirating the volume of liquid (8) through an exterior opening (7) of the tip (6) dependent on the flow of the system fluid (9). Controlling the flow comprises determining a flow time in dependence of the volume of liquid (8) to be dispensed or aspirated, and controlling the magnetic valve (3) comprising a solenoid coil (13) and a mobile anchor forming a plunger (14), wherein the plunger (14) is moveable between a closed position (Pc) and an open position (Po), whereby the magnetic valve (3) is held open for the duration of the flow time. Controlling the magnetic valve (3) comprises measuring a capacitance at/of the magnetic valve (3) and determining a position (P) of a plunger (14) based on the measured capacitance. Furthermore, a corresponding dispenser/pipetting apparatus is provided.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de distribution et/ou d'aspiration d'un volume de liquide (8), en particulier utilisant un procédé de commande d'une électrovanne (3). Le procédé de distribution ou d'aspiration d'un volume de liquide (8) comprend les étapes consistant à commander un écoulement d'un fluide de système (9) au moyen d'une électrovanne (3) située entre une source de pression (1+, 1-) et un appareil de distribution/une pointe de pipetage (6), et distribuer ou aspirer le volume de liquide (8) à travers une ouverture extérieure (7) de la pointe (6) en fonction de l'écoulement du fluide système (9). La commande de l'écoulement consiste à déterminer un temps d'écoulement en fonction du volume de liquide (8) devant être distribué ou aspiré, et la commande de l'électrovanne (3) comprenant une bobine de solénoïde (13) et un ancrage mobile formant un plongeur (14), le plongeur (14) étant mobile entre une position fermée (Pc) et une position ouverte (Po), l'électrovanne (3) étant maintenue ouverte pendant la durée du temps d'écoulement. La commande de l'électrovanne (3) consiste à mesurer une capacité de l'électrovanne (3)/au niveau de l'électrovanne (3) et à déterminer une position (P) d'un plongeur (14) sur la base de la capacité mesurée. La présente invention concerne en outre un appareil de distribution/pipetage correspondant.
