Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Sicherheitsbremsvorrichtung für eine Werkzeugmaschine zum Bremsen eines mittels eines Motors über eine Welle, insbesondere eine Abtriebswelle, angetriebenen Bearbeitungswerkzeugs, insbesondere eines Sägeblatts einer Kreissäge, bei einer Annäherung oder Berührung des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs durch einen Benutzer. Die Sicherheitsbremsvorrichtung weist zumindest eine Bremsvorrichtung auf, die als zweiteilige Klauenkupplung ausgebildet ist, wobei zumindest ein erster Klauenkupplungsteilder Klauenkupplung auf der Welle im Wesentlichen drehfest und axial beweglich angeordnet ist und wobei ein zweiter Klauenkupplungsteil der Klauenkupplung dazu vorgesehen ist, im Wesentlichen drehfestbezogen auf die Werkzeugmaschine angeordnet zu sein, und der erste Klauenkupplungsteilund der zweite Klauenkupplungsteil jeweils mehr als ein Verzahnungselement aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, bei einem Brems- vorgang ineinander in Eingriff zu stehen und derart eine Rotation der Welle zu stoppen. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein maximaler Winkelabstand Δmax von zueinander benachbarten Verzahnungselementen des ersten Klauenkupplungsteils und/oder des zweiten Klauenkupplungsteils in Abhängigkeit von einer maximalen Drehzahl der Welle bestimmt.

The invention relates to a safety brake device for a machine tool for braking a machining tool, in particular a saw blade of a circular saw, that is driven by means of a motor via a shaft, in particular an output shaft, when the machining tool is approached or touched by a user. The safety brake device has at least one brake device, which is in the form of a two-part claw coupling, wherein at least a first claw-coupling part of the claw coupling is arranged on the shaft substantially for conjoint rotation and in an axially movable manner, and wherein a second claw-coupling part of the claw coupling is intended to be arranged substantially in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the machine tool, and the first claw-coupling part and the second claw-coupling part each have more than one toothing element, these being intended to engage with one another during a braking operation and in this way to stop the shaft from rotating. According to the invention, a maximum angular spacing Δmax of mutually adjacent toothing elements of the first claw-coupling part and/or of the second claw-coupling part is determined depending on a maximum rotational speed of the shaft.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de freinage de sécurité pour une machine-outil, destiné à freiner un outil d'usinage, entraîné au moyen d'un moteur par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre, en particulier d'un arbre de sortie, en particulier d'une lame d'une scie circulaire, lorsqu'un utilisateur s'approche de l'outil d'usinage ou le touche. Le dispositif de freinage de sécurité présente au moins un dispositif de freinage, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un embrayage à crabots en deux parties. Au moins une première partie de l'embrayage à crabots est disposée sur l'arbre de manière sensiblement solidaire en rotation et mobile axialement et une deuxième partie de l'embrayage à crabots est destinée à être disposée de manière sensiblement solidaire en rotation par rapport à la machine-outil, et la première partie de l'embrayage à crabots et la deuxième partie de l'embrayage à crabots présentent respectivement plus d'un élément à denture, qui sont destinés à être engrenés les uns dans les autres lors d'un processus de freinage et à arrêter de cette manière une rotation de l'arbre. Selon l'invention, un écart angulaire maximal Δmax entre des éléments à denture, voisins les uns des autres, de la première partie de l'embrayage à crabots et/ou de la deuxième partie de l'embrayage à crabots, est déterminé en fonction d'une vitesse de rotation maximale de l'arbre.
