Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rotors (6) für eine elektrische rotierende Maschine (2) mit einem magnetfeldführenden, insbesondere wirbelstromunterdrückenden, Rotorelement (12) und mindestens einem Permanentmagneten (14). Um einen Rotor (6) anzugeben, der, im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik, einfacher und kostengünstiger herzustellen ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Permanentmagnet (14) mittels eines additiven Fertigungsverfahrens mit dem magnetfeldführenden Rotorelement (12) verbunden wird.

The invention relates to a method for producing a rotor (6) for an electrical rotating machine (2) comprising a magnetic field-carrying, in particular eddy current-suppressing, rotor element (12) and at least one permanent magnet (14). In order to specify a rotor (6) which can be produced in a simpler and more cost-effective manner in comparison to the prior art, the invention proposes that the permanent magnet (14) is connected to the magnetic field-carrying rotor element (12) by means of an additive manufacturing method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un rotor (6) pour une machine tournante électrique (2) comprenant un élément rotor (12) conducteur de champ magnétique, notamment supprimant les courants de Foucault, et au moins un aimant permanent (14). L'invention vise à mettre au point un rotor (6) qui, par rapport à l'état de la technique, soit plus simple et plus économique à fabriquer. À cet effet, l'aimant permanent (14) est relié à l'élément rotor (12) conducteur de champ magnétique au moyen d'un procédé de fabrication additive.
