Es wird ein Gleitlager (1) mit einer Dichtungsanordnung (2) für Wasserpumpen vorgeschlagen, das dazu eingerichtet ist, eine Welle (3, 30) in einem Gehäuse zwischen einer nassen Seite (4, 40) und einer trockenen Seite (5, 50) radial zu lagern und abzudichten. Das Gleitlager (1) und die Dichtungsanordnung (2) umfassen: eine Gleitlagerbuchse (11) aus einem Sintermaterial zur radialen Lagerung der Welle (3, 30), und eine trockenseitige Wellendichtung (25), die zwischen der Gleitlagerbuchse (11) und der trockenen Seite (5, 50) angeordnet ist. Eine nassseitige Wellendichtung (24) ist zwischen der nassen Seite (4, 40) und der Gleitlagerbuchse (11) angeordnet und ein S chmierstoffdepot (20) mit einem zumindest bereichsweise porösen Substrat (21) aus einem nicht-gesinterten Material ist zumindest zwischen der nassseitigen Wellendichtung (24) und der Gleitlagerbuchse (11) angeordnet. Das Schmierstoffdepot (20) enthält in Poren des Substrats (21) einen wasserunlöslichen Schmierstoff, und ein Volumen des S chmierstoffdepots (20) und ein Volumen einer Schmierstofffüllung (22) nehmen ein Gesamtvolumen von Freiräumen zwischen der nassseitigen Wellendichtung (24) und der trockenseitigen Wellendichtung (25) ein.

A sliding-contact bearing (1) with a sealing arrangement (2) for water pumps is proposed, which is configured to radially support and seal a shaft (3, 30) in a housing between a wet side (4, 40) and a dry side (5, 50). The sliding-contact bearing (1) and the sealing arrangement (2) comprise: a sliding-contact-bearing bushing (11) made of a sintered material for the radial mounting of the shaft (3, 30), and a dry-side shaft seal (25) which is arranged between the sliding-contact-bearing bushing (11) and the dry side (5, 50). A wet-side shaft seal (24) is arranged between the wet side (4, 40) and the sliding-contact-bearing bushing (11), and a lubricant reservoir (20) with a substrate (21) which is porous at least in regions and is made from a non-sintered material is arranged at least between the wet-side shaft seal (24) and the sliding-contact-bearing bushing (11). The lubricant reservoir (20) contains a water-insoluble lubricant in pores of the substrate (21), and a volume of the lubricant reservoir (20) and a volume of a lubricant filling (22) take up an entire volume of clearances between the wet-side shaft seal (24) and the dry-side shaft seal (25).

Le palier lisse (1) et le système d’étanchéité (2) comprennent : un coussinet lisse (11) en matériau fritté, destiné à assurer le support radial de l’arbre (3, 30), et une garniture d’étanchéité d’arbre (25), côté face sèche, qui est montée entre le coussinet lisse (11) et la face sèche (5, 50). Une garniture d’étanchéité (24), côté face humide, est montée entre la face humide (4, 40) et le coussinet lisse (11), et un dépôt de lubrifiant (20) muni d’un substrat (21), poreux au moins par endroits, composé d’un matériau non fritté, est disposé entre la garniture d’étanchéité d’arbre (24), côté face humide, et le coussinet lisse (11). Le dépôt de lubrifiant (20) contient dans des pores du substrat (21) un lubrifiant non soluble dans l’eau, et un volume du dépôt de lubrifiant (20) et un volume d’une charge de lubrifiant (22) occupent un volume total d’espaces libres entre la garniture d’étanchéité (24), côté face humide et la garniture d’étanchéité d’arbre (25), côté face sèche.
