Method, apparatus,and computer program product for a RAN and UE communicating data on a first bearer within a cell served by the RAN, where the UE is connected to the at least one cell of the RAN. The RAN sends a Quality of Service flow remapping order to the UE to move data to a second bearer, which triggers the UE to produce a Buffer Status Report. As a consequence, the UE transmits the BSR to the RAN indicating the UE's buffer at QoS flow remapping. The RAN receives the BSR indicating the UE's buffer at QoS flow remapping and determines the second bearer to schedule remaining data based on the BSR unless the BSR indicates that data remains in the first bearer, where in response to data remaining in the first bearer, the RAN allocates grants to the UE to transmit on the first bearer and receives an end marker from the UE once no data remains for the QoS flow on the first bearer.

L'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un produit-programme informatique pour un RAN ainsi qu'un UE communiquant des données sur une première porteuse au sein d'une cellule desservie par le RAN, l'UE étant connecté à la cellule ou aux cellules du RAN. Le RAN envoie une commande de remappage de flux de service à l'UE afin de déplacer des données vers une seconde porteuse, ce qui amène l'UE à produire un rapport d'état de tampon. Par conséquent, l'UE transmet le BSR au RAN indiquant le tampon de l'UE à un remappage de flux QoS. Le RAN reçoit le BSR indiquant le tampon de l'UE lors du remappage du flux QoS et détermine la seconde porteuse pour planifier les données restantes d'après le BSR à moins que le BSR n'indique qu'il reste des données dans la première porteuse. En réponse au fait qu'il reste des données dans la première porteuse, le RAN attribue des autorisations à l'UE à transmettre sur la première porteuse et reçoit un marqueur de fin de l'UE une fois qu'il ne reste plus de données pour le flux QoS sur la première porteuse.
