Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbundglasscheibe (1), die zwei Glas- oder Polykarbonatscheiben (1a, 1b) und mindestens eine zwischen diese eingeklebte Polymerfolie (1c) oder ein Folien-Laminat und eine zwischen diesen angeordnete elektronische Funktionseinheit (2b) aufweist, wobei in einem Teil-Flächenbereich der Verbundglasscheibe ein Ausschnitt (1d) der Polymerfolie oder des Folien-Laminats vorgesehen und in dem Ausschnitt ein vollständig vorgefertigtes elektronisches Funktionsmodul (2) untergebracht ist, das mehrere elektronische Funktionseinheiten (2b) und/oder sonstige Teile (2c) umfasst, welche lateral nebeneinander und/oder mindestens teilweise vertikal überlappend in einer elektrisch und mechanisch schützenden isolierenden Umhüllung, insbesondere einer Verkapselung aus einer polymeren Vergussmasse innerhalb des Funktionsmoduls angeordnet sind, welches eine Dicke aufweist, die höchstens gleich der Dicke der Polymerfolie oder des Folien-Laminats ist.

The invention relates to a laminated glass pane (1) comprising two glass or polycarbonate panes (1a, 1b) and at least one polymer film (1c) bonded between them or a film laminate and an electronic functional unit (2b) arranged between them, wherein, in part of the area of the laminated glass pane, a cutout (1d) of the polymer film or of the film laminate is provided, and accommodated in the cutout is a fully prefabricated electronic functional module (2) comprising multiple electronic functional units (2b) and/or other parts (2c) that are arranged within the functional module laterally alongside one another and/or in an at least partly vertically overlapping manner in an electrically and mechanically protective insulating shell, especially an encapsulation composed of a polymeric encapsulating compound that has a thickness at most equal to the thickness of the polymer film or of the film laminate.

L’invention concerne un vitrage en verre feuilleté (1) comprenant deux plaques de verre ou de polycarbonate (1a, 1b) et au moins une feuille polymère (1c) collée entre celles-ci ou un stratifié de feuilles et une unité fonctionnelle (2b) électronique agencée entre celles-ci. Une zone de surface partielle du vitrage en verre feuilleté comporte un évidemment (1d) dans la feuille polymère ou le stratifié de feuilles et dans cet évidemment est inséré un module fonctionnel (2) électronique complètement préfabriqué comprenant plusieurs unités fonctionnelles (2a) électroniques et/ou d'autres pièces (2c) qui sont agencées latéralement les unes à côté des autres et/ou au moins partiellement de manière verticalement chevauchante dans une enveloppe isolante à protection électrique et mécanique, en particulier une encapsulation constituée d'un matériau d'enrobage polymère dans le module fonctionnel dont l'épaisseur maximale est égale à l'épaisseur de la feuille polymère ou du stratifié de feuilles.
