Bei einem Verfahren und einer Anordnung zur Bestimmung und/oder Regelung eines Betriebszustandes einer elektrischen Maschine wird an einer magnetisch leitenden Komponente (1, 2, 5, 7) der elektrischen Maschine wenigstens eine Differenzspannung (ud) zwischen zwei Messstellen (3, 4) an der magnetisch leitenden Komponente (1, 2, 5, 7) zeitaufgelöst gemessen, über die durch einen Betrieb der elektrischen Maschine hervorgerufene Potentialunterschiede in der magnetisch leitenden Komponente (1, 2, 5, 7) erfassbar sind. Aus der gemessenen Differenzspannung (ud) und/oder einem zeitlichen Verlauf der gemessenen Differenzspannung (ud) kann dann ein Betriebszustand der elektrischen Maschine bestimmt werden. Das Verfahren und die zugehörige Anordnung ermöglichen die Bestimmung, Überwachung und Regelung des Betriebs- zustandes kostengünstig ohne Einsatz zusätzlicher Sensoren.

The invention relates to a method and to an arrangement for determining and/or controlling an operating state of an electric machine, wherein, on a magnetically conductive component (1, 2, 5, 7), at least one differential voltage (ud) between two measurement points (3, 4) on the magnetically conductive component (1, 2, 5, 7) is measured in a time-resolved manner, via which the potential differences caused by an operation of the electric machine can be detected in the magnetically conductive component (1, 2, 5, 7). An operating state of the electric machine can then be determined from the measured differential voltage (ud) and/or a temporal profile of the measured differential voltage (ud). The method and the associated arrangement enable the cost-effective determining, monitoring and control of the operating state without the use of additional sensors.

Dans un procédé et un dispositif de détermination et/ou de régulation d’un état de fonctionnement d’une machine électrique, au moins une tension différentielle (ud) est mesurée d’une manière résolue dans le temps au niveau d’un composant magnétiquement conducteur (1, 2, 5, 7) de la machine électrique entre deux points de mesure (3, 4) du composant magnétiquement conducteur (1, 2, 5, 7) et permet de détecter des différences de potentiel dans le composant magnétiquement conducteur (1, 2, 5, 7) qui sont causées par le fonctionnement de la machine électrique. Un état de fonctionnement de la machine électrique peut alors être déterminé à partir de la tension différentielle mesurée (ud) et/ou d’une évolution temporelle de la tension différentielle mesurée (ud). Le procédé et le dispositif associé permettent de déterminer, surveiller et réguler l’état de fonctionnement à faible coût sans utiliser de capteurs supplémentaires.
