A dust boot (1,2) sealing system for automotive brake cylinders (3), including cylinder (3), housing (4) and drive means for linear actuation of a linear actuation member (5, 6) that is disposed in a cylinder bore (7) of the housing (4) and the boot (1, 2) arranged for dust protection between linear actuation member (5, 6) and the housing(4), the boot (1, 2) comprising flexible bellows (8) between two concentrical interface portions (9, 10), and the both interface portions (9, 10) rest from radially outwards on their respective counterpart seats (12, 13) in circumferential grooves on housing (4) and actuation member (5, 6). Customers require a pop-out-resistant dust boot sealing system. Consequently the boot (1, 2) is provided with pressure relief valve means and with integrated pressure relief valve function which automatically and temporarily changes into open status under a pressure gradient decline in direction from interior to exterior, with respect to the boot (1, 2).

L'invention concerne un système d'étanchéité de pare-poussière (1, 2) pour des cylindres de frein de véhicule automobile (3) incluant un cylindre (3), un boîtier (4) et un moyen d'entraînement pour l'actionnement linéaire d'un élément d'actionnement linéaire (5, 6) qui est disposé dans un alésage de cylindre (7) du boîtier (4) et le pare-poussière (1, 2) agencé pour une protection contre la poussière entre un élément d'actionnement linéaire (5, 6) et le boîtier (4), le pare-poussière (1, 2) comprenant un soufflet flexible (8) entre deux parties d'interface concentriques (9, 10), et les deux parties d'interface (9, 10) reposant radialement vers l'extérieur sur leurs sièges homologues respectifs (12, 13) dans des rainures circonférentielles sur le boîtier (4) et l'élément d'actionnement (5, 6). Les clients demandent un système d'étanchéité de pare-poussière résistant à l'éjection. Par conséquent, le pare-poussière (1, 2) est doté d'un moyen de soupape de surpression et d'une fonction de soupape de surpression intégrée qui passe automatiquement et temporairement dans un état ouvert lors d'une baisse de gradient de pression dans la direction allant de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur par rapport au pare-poussière (1, 2).
