Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft eine Zubereitung einer innovativen BioNaturjogurt-Rezeptur ohne Zuckerzusatz als Basis auch für signifikant zuckerreduzierte Fruchtjogurts, wobei die Zuckerreduzierung und eine cremige Textur der fertigen Jogurterzeugnisse mit Zusätzen von Fructooligosaccharid-Konzentraten (FOS-Konzentrat) oder äquivalent Galactooligosacchariden (GOS-Konzentrat) umgesetzt werden.

The invention relates to a preparation of an innovative recipe for organic plain yogurt with no added sugar as a basis for inter alia significantly sugar-reduced fruit yogurts, the reduced sugar content and creamy texture of the finished yogurt products being brought about by adding fructooligosaccharide concentrates (FOS concentrate) or equally galactooligosaccharides (GOS concentrate).

La présente invention concerne la préparation d'une recette innovante de yaourt nature biologique sans sucre ajouté servant de base également à des yaourts aux fruits à teneur en sucre significativement réduite, la réduction de la teneur en sucre et la texture crémeuse des produits de yaourt finis étant obtenues grâce à l'ajout de concentrés de fructooligosaccharides (concentré FOS) ou de galactooligosaccharides (concentré GOS) équivalents.
