Die Erfindung betrifft eine Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung mit Optikschutz sowie ein Verfahren zum Schutz der Optik einer Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Dichtungsdefekten. Die Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung besitzt eine zwischen einem Schutzfenster (2) und einem Hilfsschutzfenster (9) ausgebildete Messkammer (7) mit integriertem Sicherheitsdrucksensor, der eine kontinuierliche Messung des Messkammerdrucks während des Betriebs der Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung ermöglicht. Bei Überschreitung eines vorgegebenen Sicherheitsdrucks innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Zeitraums in der Messkammer (7) wird ein Warnsignal ausgegeben und ggf. die Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung abgeschaltet. Die reparaturfreundliche Ausführung der Laserbearbeitungsvorrichtung in Schubladenbauweise ist besonders für den Einsatz beim Laserschneiden geeignet.

The invention relates to a laser processing device having optics protection and to a method for protecting the optics of a laser processing device for early recognition of sealing defects. The laser processing device has a measurement chamber (7), which is formed between a protective window (2) and an auxiliary protective window (9) and has an integrated safety pressure sensor which facilitates a continuous measurement of the measurement chamber pressure during the operation of the laser processing device. If a predetermined safety pressure is exceeded within a predetermined time period in the measurement chamber (7), a warning signal is output and, if appropriate, the laser processing device is switched off. The easily repairable design of the laser processing device in a compartmental construction is particularly suitable for use in laser cutting.

L’invention concerne un dispositif de traitement au laser comprenant une protection de l’optique ainsi qu’un procédé pour la protection de l’optique d’un dispositif de traitement au laser pour la détection précoce de défauts de joints. Le dispositif de traitement au laser possède une chambre de mesure (7) réalisée entre une fenêtre de protection (2) et une fenêtre de protection auxiliaire (9) comprenant un capteur de pression de sécurité intégré, lequel permet une mesure continue de la pression de chambre de mesure durant le fonctionnement du dispositif de traitement au laser. Dans le cas d'un dépassement d’une pression de sécurité prédéfinie dans la chambre de mesure (7) pendant une période de temps prédéfinie, un signal d’avertissement est émis et, le cas échéant, le dispositif de traitement au laser est mis hors tension. Le mode de réalisation facile à réparer du dispositif de traitement au laser en construction de tiroir est particulièrement adaptée à l’utilisation dans la découpe au laser.
