Provided is a synthesis process for the one-step production of a monomeric polyether for polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents, wherein the monomeric polyether is synthesized in one step by mixing an initiator and a catalyst at a temperature and a pressure, and then introducing same into a reaction kettle together with an epoxide at a certain ratio for ring opening polymerization. The synthesis process of the present invention realizes continuous production without the need of first synthesizing a prepolymer and then synthesizing a macromolecular monomeric polyether step by step, thereby improving the production efficiency. By separating four links, i.e. displacement, polymerization, curing and neutralization, in conventional monomeric polyether production processes, the present invention more effectively controls each of the links and increases the utilization efficiency of the reaction kettle; in addition, the process is easy to control, the structure of the product is stable, and the retention of double-bonds is high.

L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse pour la production en une étape d'un polyéther monomère pour des agents réducteurs d'eau à base d'acide polycarboxylique, le polyéther monomère étant synthétisé en une étape par mélange d'un initiateur et d'un catalyseur à une température et à une pression, puis introduit dans une cuve de réaction conjointement avec un époxyde selon une certaine proportion pour une polymérisation par ouverture de cycle. Le procédé de synthèse de la présente invention réalise une production continue sans avoir à synthétiser d'abord un prépolymère puis à synthétiser un polyéther monomère macromoléculaire étape par étape, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de production. En séparant quatre maillons, c'est-à-dire le déplacement, la polymérisation, le durcissement et la neutralisation, dans des processus de production de polyéther monomère classiques, la présente invention régule de manière plus efficace chacun des maillons et augmente l'efficacité d'utilisation de la cuve de réaction ; de plus, le procédé est facile à réguler, la structure du produit est stable, et la rétention de doubles liaisons est élevée.

本发明提供了一种一步法生产聚羧酸减水剂单体聚醚的合成工艺,通过在温度、压力下,将起始剂和催化剂混合后,与环氧化物按一定比例同时通入反应釜中进行开环聚合,一步法合成单体聚醚。本发明的合成工艺无需先合成预聚体再逐步合成大分子单体聚醚实现了连续化生产,提高了生产效率;本发明将传统单体聚醚生产工艺中的置换、聚合、熟化、中和四个环节分开,更有效地控制各个环节并增加了反应釜的利用效率,工艺控制简单、产品结构稳定、双键保留率高。
