Provided is a polypeptide composition, comprising a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide, wherein the first polypeptide comprise a first toxin fragment and a first intein fragment, and the second polypeptide comprise a second toxin fragment and a second intein fragment; the first polypeptide is different from the second polypeptide; the first toxin fragment and the second toxin fragment are non-biotoxic; the first polypeptide and the second polypeptide can make the first toxin fragment and the second toxin fragment into biotoxic toxins by means of the interaction of the first intein fragment and the second intein fragment. Also provided are a method for preparing the composition, a kit comprising the first polypeptide and the second polypeptide, and the use and method of the composition and kit in treating tumors.

L'invention concerne une composition de polypeptide, comprenant un premier polypeptide et un second polypeptide, le premier polypeptide comprenant un premier fragment de toxine et un premier fragment d'intéine, et le second polypeptide comprenant un second fragment de toxine et un second fragment d'intéine ; le premier polypeptide étant différent du second polypeptide ; le premier fragment de toxine et le second fragment de toxine étant non biotoxiques ; le premier polypeptide et le second polypeptide pouvant transformer le premier fragment de toxine et le second fragment de toxine en toxines biotoxiques au moyen de l'interaction du premier fragment d'intéine et du second fragment d'intéine. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la composition, un kit comprenant le premier polypeptide et le second polypeptide, et l'utilisation et le procédé de la composition et du kit dans le traitement de tumeurs.
