Disclosed are an edible blending oil with the function of preventing atherosclerosis and a preparation method therefor, containing a weight ratio of 0.2-0.4 : 0.9-1.1: 0.8-1.2 of saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), wherein the weight ratio of ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-6 PUFA) to ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFA) is 2-8.5 : 1; and taking the selected raw materials and putting them into the dosing tank under stirring at a slow speed for 30-40 min at the ambient temperature of 20-40°C according to the above-mentioned dosage ratio, and the edible oil will then be obtained.

L'invention concerne une huile de mélange alimentaire ayant pour fonction de prévenir l'athérosclérose et son procédé de préparation, ladite huile présentant un rapport pondéral de 0,2 à 0,4 : 0,9-1,1 : 0,8 à 1,2 d'acides gras saturés (AGS), d’acides gras mono-insaturés (AGMI) et d’acides gras polyinsaturés (AGPI), le rapport pondéral d’acides gras polyinsaturés ω-6 (AGPI ω-6) aux acides gras polyinsaturés ω-3 (AGPI ω-3) étant de 2-8,5 : 1. Le procédé de préparation consiste à prélever les matières premières sélectionnées et à les placer dans le réservoir de dosage sous agitation lente pendant 30 à 40 min à température ambiante de 20 à 40 °C selon le rapport de dosage mentionné ci-dessus, et l'huile alimentaire sera alors obtenue.

一种具有预防动脉粥样硬化功效的食用调和油及其制备方法,含有0.2~0.4:0.9~1.1:0.8~1.2重量比的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),其中ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-6 PUFA)和ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)的重量比为2~8.5:1;按上述用量比取所选原料装入配料罐中,在环境温度20-40℃条件下,慢速搅拌30-40min,即得。
