Abstract

Disclosed are a rotor system and a control method therefor, and a gas turbine generator set and a control method therefor. The rotor system comprises: a first rotary shaft (100), wherein the first rotary shaft (100) is sequentially provided with a turbine (200), a first radial bearing (500), a gas compressor (300) and a thrust bearing (700), with the thrust bearing (700) being located at a side where a gas inlet of the gas compressor (300) is located, and being spaced apart from the gas compressor (300) by a pre-determined distance, such that the thrust bearing (700) does not block the gas inlet of the gas compressor (300); and a second rotary shaft (101) connected to the first rotary shaft (100) by means of a coupling (102), wherein the second rotary shaft (101) is sequentially provided with a second radial bearing (610), an electric motor (400) and a third radial bearing (620). By means of arranging the thrust bearing (700) at a cold end of the rotor system, the thrust bearing (700) can be a gas-magnetism hybrid thrust bearing; and furthermore, the center of gravity of the whole rotor system can be located between the two farthest radial bearings, such that the structure of the whole rotor system is stable.

L'invention concerne un système de rotor et son procédé de commande, un ensemble générateur de turbine à gaz et son procédé de commande. Le système de rotor comprend : un premier arbre rotatif (100), le premier arbre rotatif (100) étant pourvu séquentiellement d'une turbine (200), d'un premier roulement radial (500), d'un compresseur de gaz (300) et d’un palier de butée (700), le palier de butée (700) étant situé sur un côté où une entrée de gaz du compresseur de gaz (300) est située, et étant espacé du compresseur de gaz (300) d'une distance prédéterminée, de telle sorte que le palier de butée (700) ne bloque pas l'entrée de gaz du compresseur de gaz (300) ; et un second arbre rotatif (101) relié au premier arbre rotatif (100) au moyen d'un accouplement (102), le second arbre rotatif (101) étant pourvu de manière séquentielle d'un second roulement radial (610), d'un moteur électrique (400) et d'un troisième roulement radial (620). Grâce à l'agencement du palier de butée (700) à une extrémité froide du système de rotor, le palier de butée (700) peut être un palier de butée hybride gaz-magnétisme ; et en outre, le centre de gravité de l'ensemble du système de rotor peut être situé entre les deux roulements radiaux les plus éloignés, de telle sorte que la structure de l'ensemble du système de rotor est stable.
