Provided is a touch screen and manufacturing method thereof, and touch display device. The touch screen comprises: a substrate; an electrode connection layer, the electrode connection layer is located on the substrate; a first insulating layer, the first insulating layer is covering the electrode connection layer; an electrode layer, the electrode layer is located on the first insulating layer; the electrode layer includes a plurality of first electrodes arranged in an array and a plurality of second electrodes arranged in an array, the first electrode and the second electrode are ring-shaped closed structures, and each second electrode surrounds a first electrode, wherein, adjacent two of the second electrodes in each row of the second electrodes are electrically connected to each other, the first insulating layer includes through holes to expose part of the electrode connection layer, adjacent two of the first electrodes in each row of the first electrodes are electrically connected to the electrode connection layer through the through holes respectively, such that adjacent two of the first electrodes are electrically connected.

L'invention concerne un écran tactile et un procédé de fabrication associé, et un dispositif d'affichage tactile. L'écran tactile comprend : un substrat ; une couche de connexion d'électrode, la couche de connexion d'électrode étant située sur le substrat une première couche isolante, la première couche isolante couvrant la couche de connexion d'électrode ; une couche d'électrode, la couche d'électrode étant située sur la première couche isolante ; la couche d'électrode comprenant une pluralité de premières électrodes agencée dans un réseau et une pluralité de secondes électrodes agencée dans un réseau, la première électrode et la seconde électrode étant des structures fermée en anneau, et chaque seconde électrode entourant une première électrode, deux seconds électrodes adjacentes dans chaque rangée de secondes électrodes étant électriquement connectées l'une à l'autre, la première couche isolante comprenant des trous traversants pour exposer une partie de la couche de connexion d'électrode, deux premières électrodes adjacentes dans chaque rangée de premières électrodes étant électriquement connectées à la couche de connexion d'électrode par les trous traversants respectivement, de telle sorte que deux premières électrodes adjacentes sont connectées.
