A polyhydroxyl-containing polymer, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof; the polymer has good biocompatibility, strong binding performance with substances the same surface of which contains oxygen, nitrogen, and so on and that easily form hydrogen bonds; a solution formed by the polymer adheres poorly to an intubation microcatheter, but adheres strongly to blood vessels, skin, and glass, and may be used as a vascular embolization agent.

L'invention concerne un polymère contenant un polyhydroxyle, son procédé de préparation et une utilisation associée; le polymère présente une bonne biocompatibilité, de fortes performances de liaison avec des substances dont la même surface contient de l'oxygène, de l'azote et ainsi de suite et qui forment facilement des liaisons hydrogène; une solution formée par le polymère adhère mal à un microcathéter d'intubation, mais adhère fortement aux vaisseaux sanguins, à la peau et au verre, et peut être utilisée en tant qu'agent d'embolisation vasculaire.
