A preparation method for a quantum dot. The preparation method comprises the following steps: continuously heating the mixed solution to a second temperature, and then adding a group V anion precursor to the mixed solution to perform a nucleation reaction so as to obtain a group III-V quantum dot nuclear solution. The preparation method facilitates improving the crystallinity of quantum dots and the yield of the quantum dots, and is conductive to large-scale preparation in the future because the technique is stable, the process is simple, and the cost is low.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un point quantique. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : le chauffage en continu de la solution mélangée à une seconde de température, puis l'ajout d'un précurseur d'anion d'élément du groupe V à la solution mélangée pour effectuer une réaction de nucléation de manière à obtenir une solution nucléée de points quantiques d'éléments des groupes III-V. Le procédé de préparation facilite l'amélioration de la cristallinité de points quantiques et le rendement de production des points quantiques et permet d'envisager une préparation à grande échelle dans le futur parce que la technique est stable, le processus est simple et le coût est faible.

一种量子点的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:提供III族阳离子前驱体和配体,将所述III族阳离子前驱体和配体溶于溶剂中,在第一温度条件下进行加热处理,得到混合溶液;将所述混合溶液继续升温至第二温度,然后向所述混合溶液中加入V族阴离子前驱体,进行成核反应,得到III-V族量子点核溶液。所述制备方法利于提高量子点的结晶性,并提高量子点的产率,技术稳定、工艺简单、成本低,非常有利于后期规模化制备。
