Disclosed is a quantum dot, comprising a Group III-V quantum dot core and at least one of a halide ion, an acetylacetonate ion, and a hydroxide ion bonded on the surface of the Group III-V quantum dot core, wherein the halide ion, acetylacetonate ion, and hydroxide ion are bonded to Group III cations on the surface of the Group III-V quantum dot core. The quantum dot has the characteristics of a narrow peak width and a high luminous efficiency.

L'invention concerne un point quantique, comprenant un noyau de points quantiques du groupe III-V et au moins un élément parmi un ion halogénure, un ion acétylacétonate et un ion hydroxyde lié sur la surface du noyau de points quantiques du groupe III-V, l'ion halogénure, l'ion acétylacétonate et l'ion hydroxyde étant liés aux cations du groupe III sur la surface du noyau de points quantiques du groupe III-V.
