Disclosed in the present application are quantum dots and a preparation method therefor. The quantum dots comprise a group III-V quantum dot core and a surface ligand bound to a surface of the group III-V quantum dot core. The general formula of the chemical structure of the surface ligand is as shown in formula I: R1 and R2 are respectively at least one independently selected from among a halogen atom, a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, an ether group, a thioether group, an aldehyde group, a carbonyl group, a carboxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, a cyano group, an isocyano group, an epoxy group, an alkoxy group, an alkylcarbonyloxy group, an alkyloxycarbonyl group, an alkylcarbonyl group, a heteroaryl group, and a hydrocarbyl group. The surface ligand being bound to the surface of the group III-V quantum dot core is extremely helpful in the uniform growth of a housing layer such that the size distribution of the quantum dots becomes more uniform, ultimately being beneficial in improving the light-emitting efficiency of the quantum dots.

La présente invention concerne des points quantiques et un procédé de préparation associé. Les points quantiques comprennent un noyau de points quantiques du groupe III-V et un ligand de surface lié à une surface du noyau de points quantiques du groupe III-V. La formule générale de la structure chimique du ligand de surface est telle que représentée dans la formule I : R1 et R2 sont respectivement au moins un élément sélectionné indépendamment parmi un atome d'halogène, un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe hydroxyle, un groupe thiol, un groupe éther, un groupe thioéther, un groupe aldéhyde, un groupe carbonyle, un groupe carboxyle, un groupe nitro, un groupe amino, un groupe cyano, un groupe isocyano, un groupe époxy, un groupe alcoxy, un groupe alkylcarbonyloxy, un groupe alkyloxycarbonyle, un groupe alkylcarbonyle, un groupe hétéroaryle et un groupe hydrocarbyle.
