Provided are a composite material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The composite material comprises silica-coated quantum dots, and graphene nanosheets bound to the surface of the silica-coated quantum dots, wherein the silica-coated quantum dots comprises quantum dots and a silicon dioxide layer coated on the surface of the quantum dots, and the graphene nanosheets and the silicon dioxide layer are bound by means of (O-)3Si-R1-NHCO-R3-CONH-R2-Si(O-)3 or (O-)3Si-R4-SCH2CH2-R5-Si(O-)3; R1, R2, R4, and R5 are independently selected from hydrocarbyl or a hydrocarbyl derivative, respectively; R3 is selected from hydrocarbyl, a hydrocarbyl derivative, aryl, or an aryl derivative. The composite material can further improve the stability of the quantum dots without affecting inherent optical properties of the quantum dots, thereby improving the light-emitting efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite, un procédé de préparation associé et une applicatiopn correspondante. Le matériau composite comprend des points quantiques revêtus de silice et des nanofeuilles de graphène liées à la surface des points quantiques revêtus de silice, les points quantiques revêtus de silice comprenant des points quantiques et une couche de dioxyde de silicium revêtue sur la surface des points quantiques et les nanofeuilles de graphène et la couche de dioxyde de silicium étant liées au moyen de (O-)3Si-R1-NHCO-R3-CONH-R2-Si(O-)3 ou de (O-)3Si-R4-SCH2CH2-R5-Si(O-)3 ; R1, R2, R4 et R5 sont respectivement choisis, indépendamment, parmi hydrocarbyle ou un dérivé d'hydrocarbyle ; R3 est choisi parmi hydrocarbyle, un dérivé d'hydrocarbyle, aryle ou un dérivé d'aryle. Le matériau composite peut en outre améliorer la stabilité des points quantiques sans influencer les propriétés optiques inhérentes des points quantiques, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité d'émission de lumière.
