Abstract

A turbine mounting base having a shock absorption function, comprising a base frame (5). The base frame (5) is a square frame formed by welding steel; multiple crossbeams (10) are welded at the middle of the base frame (5); columns (6) for fixing a turbine (1) are respectively vertically welded on the two crossbeams (10) at both ends of the base frame (5); a Z-direction damping device (2), an X-direction damping device (3), and a Y-direction damping device (8) for shock absorption and sway damping are mounted on the base frame (5); the combination of the Z-direction damping device (2), the X-direction damping device (3), and the Y-direction damping device (8) implements energy consumption in any direction. By establishing a spatial damping mechanism, the turbine mounting base reduces the influences of waves on a ship during travel, thereby avoiding energy accumulation in the turbine, achieving the purposes of shock absorption and impact mitigation, reducing the failure rate of a turbine, and prolonging the service life of the turbine.

L'invention concerne une base de montage de turbine dotée d'une fonction d'amortissement des chocs, comprenant un châssis (5). Le châssis (5) est un cadre carré formé par soudage d'acier ; des traverses (10) multiples sont soudées au milieu du châssis (5) ; des colonnes (6) destinées à fixer une turbine (1) sont soudées respectivement verticales sur les deux traverses (10) aux deux extrémités du châssis (5) ; un dispositif d'amortissement de direction Z (2), un dispositif d'amortissement de direction X (3) et un dispositif d'amortissement de direction Y (8) pour l'amortissement des chocs et du balancement sont montés sur le châssis (5) ; la combinaison du dispositif d'amortissement de direction Z (2), du dispositif d'amortissement de direction X (3) et du dispositif d'amortissement de direction Y (8) met en oeuvre une consommation d'énergie dans n'importe quelle direction. L'établissement d'un mécanisme d'amortissement spatial permet à la base de montage de turbine de diminuer l'influence des vagues sur un navire pendant son déplacement, ce qui permet d'éviter l'accumulation d'énergie dans la turbine, d'atteindre ainsi les objectifs sur le plan de l'amortissement des chocs et de l'atténuation des impacts, de réduire le taux de défaillance de la turbine et de prolonger sa durée de vie.

一种具有减震功能的轮机安装底座,包括底座框架(5),底座框架(5)是由钢材焊接构成的方形框架,底座框架(5)的中部焊接多根横梁(10),而位于底座框架(5)两端的两个横梁(10)上分别竖直焊接有用于固定轮机(1)的立柱(6),底座框架(5)上安装有用于减震和削弱摆动的Z向阻尼装置(2)、X向阻尼装置(3)和Y向阻尼装置(8),通过Z向阻尼装置(2)、X向阻尼装置(3)和Y向阻尼装置(8)的组合实现任意方向能量的消耗。该轮机安装底座通过建立空间的阻尼机构,从而降低船只在行进过程中受到波浪的起伏影响,避免能量在轮机中堆积,实现减震减缓冲击的目的,降低轮机的故障率,同时提高其使用寿命。
