Disclosed is a method of emulsion concentration optimization for a cold continuous rolling mill set for the purpose of vibration suppression, the method comprising: defining the process parameters involved in the process of emulsion concentration optimization; providing an initial set value of an emulsion concentration comprehensive optimization target function for a cold continuous rolling mill set for the purpose of vibration suppression; calculating a gripping angle of each stand; calculating a vibration determination index reference value of each stand; setting the emulsion concentration of each stand; calculating the temperature of a strip steel outlet of each stand; calculating the dynamic viscosity of an emulsion in a roll gap of each stand; calculating the thickness of an oil film in the roll gap of each stand; calculating the emulsion concentration comprehensive optimization target function; determining whether the inequation F(X) < F 0 is established; and determining whether the concentration of the emulsion exceeds a feasible region range, and outputting the optimal emulsion concentration set value.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation de la concentration en émulsion pour un ensemble laminoir continu à froid pour la suppression des vibrations, le procédé consistant à : définir les paramètres de processus impliqués dans le processus d'optimisation de la concentration en émulsion ; fournir une valeur de consigne initiale d'une fonction cible d'optimisation complète de concentration en émulsion pour un ensemble laminoir continu à froid dans le but de supprimer les vibrations ; calculer un angle de préhension de chaque support ; calculer une valeur de référence d'indice de détermination de vibration de chaque support ; régler la concentration en émulsion de chaque support ; calculer la température d'une sortie d'acier en bande de chaque support ; calculer la viscosité dynamique d'une émulsion dans un entrefer de chaque support ; calculer l'épaisseur d'un film d'huile dans l'entrefer de chaque support ; calculer la fonction cible d'optimisation complète de concentration en émulsion ; déterminer si l'inéquation F(X) < F 0 est établie ; et déterminer si la concentration de l'émulsion dépasse une plage de région faisable et délivrer en sortie la valeur d'ensemble de concentration en émulsion optimale.
