A disc brake for monitoring a disc spring force in real time and a monitoring method. Said disc brake comprises a braking disc (1), a brake shoe assembly (2), a disc spring (3), a disc spring seat (4), a disc spring clamping ring (5) and a hydraulic cylinder (6); a disc spring sensor (7) is provided between the disc spring seat (4) and the disc spring (3), the external dimension of the disc spring sensor (7) is the same as that of the disc spring (3), an annular groove is formed on two opposite end surfaces of the disc spring sensor (7), and a plurality of strain gages (7-1) arranged in pairs are provided in the groove on the end surface facing the disc spring seat (4).

L'invention concerne un frein à disque qui permet de surveiller une force de ressort de disque en temps réel et un procédé de surveillance. Ledit frein à disque comprend un disque de frein (1), un ensemble sabot de frein (2), un ressort de disque (3), un siège de ressort de disque (4), une bague de serrage de ressort de disque (5) et un vérin hydraulique (6) ; un capteur de ressort de disque (7) est disposé entre le siège de ressort de disque (4) et le ressort de disque (3), la dimension externe du capteur de ressort de disque (7) est identique à celle du ressort de disque (3), une rainure annulaire est ménagée sur deux surfaces d'extrémité opposées du capteur de ressort de disque (7), et une pluralité de jauges de contrainte (7-1) agencées par paires sont disposées dans la rainure sur la surface d'extrémité faisant face au siège de ressort de disque (4).

一种实时监测碟簧力的盘式制动器及监测方法,盘式制动器包括制动盘(1)、闸瓦组件(2)、碟簧(3)、碟簧座(4)、碟簧卡环(5)和液压缸(6),在碟簧座(4)和碟簧(3)之间设有碟簧传感器(7),碟簧传感器(7)的外型尺寸与碟簧(3)相同,碟簧传感器(7)两侧相对的端面上均开有环形凹槽,面向碟簧座(4)一侧端面的凹槽内设置成对排列的多个应变片(7-1)。
