Abstract

An impeller for a flotation machine, a flotation machine and a flotation method thereof. The impeller for a flotation machine comprises a cover plate (1), a blade (2), and a discharged air-guiding member (3). The discharged air-guiding member (3) is provided at an upper position close to the center of the impeller. An inner side edge of the blade (2) is fixedly connected to a sidewall of the discharged air-guiding member (3). The cover plate (1) is provided above the blade (2), and is fixedly connected to an upper edge of the blade (2). An abrasion resistant coating (4) is applied to an outer surface of the entire impeller.

L'invention concerne un propulseur destiné à une machine de flottation, une machine de flottation et un procédé de flottation correspondant. Le propulseur destiné à une machine de flottation comprend une plaque de recouvrement (1), une pale (2) et un élément de guidage d'air évacué (3). L'élément de guidage d'air évacué (3) est disposé au niveau d'une position supérieure proche du centre du propulseur. Un bord latéral interne de la pale (2) est relié de manière fixe à une paroi latérale de l'élément de guidage d'air évacué (3). La plaque de recouvrement (1) est disposée au-dessus de la pale (2), et est reliée de manière fixe à un bord supérieur de la pale (2).
