A fast single-ended interface with low power consumption, comprising a push-pull structure and a conflict detection module. The push-pull structure comprises a PMOS transistor and an NMOS transistor. The conflict detection circuit module comprises two comparators, and may also be inverters or Schmitt triggers having different thresholds. At the output end of the push-pull structure, there is no direct current path power consumption at both logic high level and logic low level, and thus the power consumption is low; the operating frequency is high, and the signal frequency is at least one order of magnitude higher. In addition, the conflict detection module is added to avoid the problem of being unable to determine the state of a bus due to that multiple hosts compete for the bus, and therefore, the structure of a bus state detection circuit is simpler.

L'invention concerne une interface à extrémité unique rapide à faible consommation d'énergie, comprenant une structure push-pull et un module de détection de conflit. La structure push-pull comprend un transistor PMOS et un transistor NMOS. Le module de circuit de détection de conflit comprend deux comparateurs, et peut également être des inverseurs ou des bascules de Schmitt ayant différents seuils. Au niveau de l'extrémité de sortie de la structure push-pull, il n'y a pas de consommation d'énergie de trajet de courant continu à la fois à un niveau haut logique et à un niveau bas logique, et donc la consommation d'énergie est faible ; la fréquence de fonctionnement est élevée et la fréquence de signal est au moins un ordre de grandeur supérieur. De plus, le module de détection de conflit est ajouté pour éviter le problème d'incapacité à déterminer l'état d'un bus en raison du fait que de multiples hôtes sont en concurrence pour le bus, et par conséquent, la structure d'un circuit de détection d'état de bus est plus simple.

一种快速低功耗单端接口,包括推挽结构和冲突检测模块,推挽结构包括PMOS管和NMOS管,冲突检测电路模块包括两个比较器,也可以是不同阈值的反相器或者斯密特触发器。使用推挽结构输出端,在逻辑高电平和低电平都没有直流通路功耗,功耗低;工作频率高,信号频率至少高一个数量级。同时增设有冲突检测模块,避免多主机争夺总线,无法确定总线状态问题,总线状态检测电路结构更简单。
