Abstract

The present invention provides a light emitting diode (LED) filament and a LED filament bulb. The LED filament comprises: a light-transmissive substrate, at least one LED chip being fixed on the front surface of the light-transmissive substrate, a first electrode pin and a second electrode pin being provided at both ends of the light-transmissive substrate and connected in series to the LED chip; and a phosphor, the phosphor being disposed on the front surface of the light-transmissive substrate, and the phosphor encapsulating the LED chip therein and exposing a portion of the first electrode pin and a portion of the second electrode pin. A heat-dissipation and light-emitting layer is formed on the back or front surface of the light-transmissive substrate, and the heat-dissipation and light-emitting layer contains a plurality of electromagnetic wave powders having different radiation bands.

La présente invention concerne un filament de diode électroluminescente (DEL) et une ampoule de filament de DEL. Le filament de DEL comprend : un substrat transmettant la lumière, au moins une puce de DEL étant fixée sur la surface avant du substrat transmettant la lumière, une première broche d'électrode et une seconde broche d'électrode étant disposées au niveau des deux extrémités du substrat transmettant la lumière et connectées en série à la puce de DEL ; et un luminophore, le luminophore étant disposé sur la surface avant du substrat transmettant la lumière, et le luminophore encapsulant la puce de DEL à l'intérieur de celui-ci et exposant une partie de la première broche d'électrode et une partie de la seconde broche d'électrode. Une couche de dissipation de chaleur et d'électroluminescence est formée sur la surface arrière ou avant du substrat transmettant la lumière, et la couche de dissipation de chaleur et d'électroluminescence contient une pluralité de poudres d'ondes électromagnétiques ayant différentes bandes de rayonnement.
