A method for preparing a space structure fiber, and the fiber and an application thereof. A low-molecular-weight polysaccharide polyelectrolyte is prepared into a spinning solution by using a wet spinning method, an inert conducting material is optionally distributed in the spinning solution, a high-molecular-weight polysaccharide polyelectrolyte is added into a coagulating tank to serve as a coagulating bath, and the spinning solution is injected into the coagulating bath by means of an injector, so as to obtain the fiber. The preparation method is simple in equipment, low in cost, high in spinnability, and suitable for scale production. The prepared space structure fiber, particularly the hollow multilayer fiber has controllability in the number of layers, the number of cavities and the diameter, good tensile strength, and an ultrahigh specific surface area, and is widely applied in the fields of catalysis, adsorption, filtering, tissue engineering and the like. The prepared space structure fiber, particularly the core-shell structural fiber can be used to prepare linear supercapacitors. The outer shell of natural polysaccharide polyelectrolyte can well prevent short-circuit of two electrodes, and the safety of the capacitor is improved.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre à structure spatiale, la fibre et une application de ce procédé. Un polyélectrolyte de polysaccharide de faible poids moléculaire est préparé dans une solution de filage à l'aide d'un procédé de filage humide, un matériau conducteur inerte est éventuellement distribué dans la solution de filage, un polyélectrolyte de polysaccharide de poids moléculaire élevé est ajouté dans un bac de coagulation pour servir de bain de coagulation, et la solution de filage est injectée dans le bain de coagulation au moyen d'un injecteur, de façon à obtenir la fibre. Ledit procédé de préparation est simple en termes d'équipement, peu coûteux, présente une excellente aptitude au filage et adapté à une production à grande échelle. La fibre à structure spatiale préparée, en particulier la fibre creuse multicouche, a une aptitude à la commande dans le nombre de couches, le nombre de cavités et le diamètre, une bonne résistance à la traction, et une surface spécifique ultra-élevée, et est largement appliquée dans les domaines de la catalyse, de l'adsorption, du filtrage, de l'ingénierie tissulaire et analogues. La fibre à structure spatiale préparée, en particulier la fibre structurelle cœur-écorce, peut être utilisée pour préparer des supercondensateurs linéaires. L’enveloppe extérieure du polyélectrolyte de polysaccharide naturel permet de bien empêcher un court-circuit de deux électrodes, et la sécurité du condensateur est améliorée.

一种空间结构纤维的制备方法及得到的纤维与其应用,其中通过利用湿法纺丝的方法将低分子量多糖类聚电解质配制成纺丝原液,任选地在其中分布惰性导电材料,在凝固槽内加入高分子量多糖类聚电解质作为凝固浴,将纺丝原液经注射器注入凝固浴内,从而制得。所述制备方法设备简单、成本低、可纺性好、适于规模化生产,所制得的空间结构纤维尤其是中空多层纤维具有层数、腔数、直径可控性、良好的拉伸强度、超高的比表面积,在催化、吸附、过滤及组织工程等领域有着广泛的应用,所制得的空间结构纤维尤其是核壳结构纤维可用于线性超级电容器的制作,其中,外层生成的天然多糖聚电解质的外壳能够很好地防止两电极短路,提高了电容器的安全性。
