A chemiluminescence detector, comprising a sample injection device (6), a reaction cuvette supply and recovery device (4), a reagent disk (3), an incubation disk component (2), a detection chamber (10), and a mechanical arm system. The mechanical arm system comprises a reagent grabbing arm device (5), and a sample arm device (7); the reaction cuvette supply and recovery device (4) can automatically open the cover of a reaction cuvette (207), and works in concert with the reagent grabbing arm device (5) to add the reaction cuvette (207) into the incubation disk component (2); the reagent disk (3) is used for providing a reagent, and works in concert with the reagent grabbing arm device (5) to add the reagent into the reaction cuvette (207) on the incubation disk component (2); the sample injection device (6) conveys a sample tube, and works in concert with the sample arm device (7) to add a sample into the reaction cuvette (207) on the incubation disk component (2), so that the sample reacts with the reagent; at the same time, after the incubation disk component (2) performs a series of treatments on the reaction cuvette (207), the reaction cuvette is conveyed to the detection chamber (10) for detection. In the whole process, the present invention has a high degree of automation, reduces the intensity of manual operation, and reduces the risk of operator exposure to medical waste.
