Embodiments of the present application provide acoustic wave signal reading apparatuses, acoustic wave signal reading circuits, and control methods thereof related to the field of acoustic wave signal reading technology. One embodiment of an acoustic wave signal reading circuit comprises: an acoustic wave receiver, a reset control circuit, a function circuit, and an output circuit; an acoustic wave receiver is configured to convert a received acoustic wave signal into an electrical signal and outputs the electrical signal to a first node; the reset control circuit outputs a voltage to the first node; the function circuit switches states based on the first node, a signal terminal, and a voltage terminal, and outputs a voltage to a second node to reset the second node or amplifies a potential of the first node and outputs to the amplified potential to the second node depending on a state of the function circuit.

Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des appareils de lecture de signal d'onde acoustique, des circuits de lecture de signal d'onde acoustique et leurs procédés de commande. Ils relèvent du domaine de la technologie de lecture de signal d'onde acoustique. Un mode de réalisation d'un circuit de lecture de signal d'onde acoustique comprend : un récepteur d'onde acoustique; un circuit de commande de réinitialisation; un circuit de fonction; et un circuit de sortie. Un récepteur d'onde acoustique est conçu pour convertir un signal d'onde acoustique reçu en un signal électrique et pour sortir le signal électrique à destination d'un premier nœud. Le circuit de commande de réinitialisation sort une tension à destination du premier nœud. Le circuit de fonction commute des états sur la base du premier nœud, d'une borne de signal et d'une borne de tension et sort une tension à destination d'un second nœud de façon à réinitialiser le second nœud ou amplifie un potentiel du premier nœud et sort le potentiel amplifié à destination du second nœud en fonction d'un état du circuit de fonction.
