A magnetic pole shoe material for braking, comprising: phosphorus iron powder as base powder, the phosphorus iron powder comprising the following components in parts by weight: 98.15-98.35 parts of a Fe element, 0.55-0.65 parts of a P element, and 0.4-0.5 parts of a Si element. The magnetic pole shoe material for braking further comprises paraffin as a lubricant, the parts by weight of the paraffin being 0.7 parts. Also provided is a sintering method for the magnetic pole shoe material for braking, comprising the steps: ball milling and mixing, press forming, and high temperature sintering and hardening. The method effectively avoids the defects that a magnetic pole shoe product has unstable performance and high manufacturing costs, and is difficult to meet market demands.

L'invention concerne un matériau de patin de freinage à pôle magnétique, comprenant : de la poudre de fer et de phosphore en tant que poudre de base, la poudre de fer et de phosphore comprenant les composants suivants en parties en poids : 98,15 à 98,35 parties de Fe élémentaire, 0,55 à 0,65 partie de P élémentaire et 0,4 à 0,5 partie de Si élémentaire. Le matériau de patin de freinage à pôle magnétique comprend en outre de la paraffine en tant que lubrifiant, la quantité en poids de la paraffine étant de 0,7 partie. L'invention concerne également un procédé de frittage pour le matériau de patin de freinage à pôle magnétique, comprenant les étapes suivantes : un broyage à boulets et un mélange, un formage à la presse et un frittage et durcissement à haute température. Le procédé permet d'éviter efficacement les défauts consistant en ce qu'un produit de type patin à pôle magnétique a des performances instables et des coûts de fabrication élevés et satisfait difficilement aux demandes du marché.
