The present invention relates to the application field of semiconductor devices, and disclosed thereby is an inverter system. The inverter system according to the present invention comprises an inverter and a pre-conditioning circuit; the pre-conditioning circuit comprises one or two first switches, and the inverter comprises a plurality of second switches; the pre-conditioning circuit may, when the one or two first switches operate at a first frequency, generate a pre-conditioning output used for regulating an output of the inverter, wherein, when the pre-conditioning circuit regulates the output of the inverter by means of the pre-conditioning output, at most two second switches among the plurality of second switches of the inverter operate at a second frequency at the same moment, while the remaining second switches operate at a third frequency. The present invention may achieve inversion regulation at a low cost by using a high-frequency wide-bandgap power device and a low-frequency silicon power device in combination, so that the inverter converts a direct current to an alternating current output at low switch loss and reduces the volume of an output filter.

La présente invention concerne le domaine d'application de dispositifs à semi-conducteur, et est ainsi un système à onduleur. Le système à onduleur selon la présente invention comprend un onduleur et un circuit de pré-conditionnement ; le circuit de pré-conditionnement comprend un ou deux premiers commutateurs, et l'onduleur comprend une pluralité de seconds commutateurs ; le circuit de pré-conditionnement peut, lorsque le ou les premiers commutateurs fonctionnent à une première fréquence, générer une sortie de préconditionnement utilisée pour réguler une sortie de l'onduleur.
