Provided are an HAFFT1 cell and a preparation method therefor. T cells modified by means of a TCR-T technology are then subjected to knockout of immunosuppressive targets, thereby precisely protecting specific killer T cells from in vivo inhibition, and improving the lethality of the T cells on tumor cells. The proportion of specific T cells (TCR+) capable of recognizing tumor antigens in HAFFT1 cells is 80% or above.

L'invention concerne une cellule HAFFT1 et son procédé de préparation. Les lymphocytes T modifiés au moyen d'une technologie TCR-T sont ensuite soumis à une inactivation de cibles immunosuppressives, ce qui permet de protéger précisément des cellules T tueuses spécifiques d'une inhibition in vivo, et d'améliorer la létalité des lymphocytes T sur des cellules tumorales. La proportion de lymphocytes T spécifiques (TCR+) capable de reconnaître des antigènes tumoraux dans des cellules HAFFT1 est de 80 % ou plus.
