A display panel (11) and a display apparatus (10). A non-display region (13) in the display panel (11) comprises a plurality of fan-out regions (20), and a driving circuit (14) in the display panel (11) comprises a plurality of driving sub-circuits (15), wherein the fan-out regions (20) are regions constituted by all first metal wires (24) connected to each of the driving sub-circuits (15), and the fan-out regions (20) are connected to a display region (12) and the driving circuit (14); the fan-out regions (20) comprise a plurality of second metal wires (25), and each of the second metal wires (25) is located between two adjacent first metal wires (24); and the surfaces of the fan-out regions (20) are flat.

La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage (11) et un appareil d'affichage (10).
