Disclosed are a safety control method for a baby carriage, and a baby carriage. The baby carriage comprises: a proximity sensing unit (120), a motion posture determination device (10), a brake control device (140) and a brake mechanism (110). The safety control method comprises: detecting a grip state of a user by means of a proximity sensing unit (120); determining the current motion posture of a baby carriage by means of a motion posture determination device (10); and on the basis of detection results of the grip state and the motion posture, controlling a brake mechanism (110) by means of a brake control device (140) to execute automatic braking.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de sécurité pour un landau et un landau.
