A polarizing structure, a display panel, and a display device. A polarizing film (10) comprises a light incident surface and a light exiting surface; an optical compensation film (20) is formed on the light exiting surface of the polarizing film (10), and the optical compensation film (20) comprises a first medium film (210) formed on the light exiting surface of the polarizing film (10) and a second medium film (220) formed on the first medium film (210); a first refractive index of the first medium film (210) is less than a second refractive index of the second medium film (220); a plurality of grooves (211) having a preset shape are arranged on a surface, contacting the second medium film (220), of the first medium film (210), and an included angle between a side surface of the groove (211) and the light incident surface is an acute angle; and a plurality of convex structures (221) matched with the grooves (211) in shape and size are arranged on a surface, contacting the first medium film (210), of the second medium film (220). Light that can be vertically incident to the optical compensation film (20) can be refracted, so that light energy of a front visual angle is allocated to a lateral visual angle.
