A method applicable to FLIPR that does not require elution of an extracellular fluorescent material. The method comprises adding a quenching agent Amaranth after loading a fluorescent dye into a cell. Provided is a calcium loss method for cell fluorescence detection of a homogeneous system. The advantages are as follows: (1) a liquid does not need to be replaced before the measurement of the cell; and (2) the overall operation process is simple and can be used for high throughput screening.

L'Invention concerne un procédé applicable à FLIPR qui ne nécessite pas l'élution d'un matériau fluorescent extracellulaire. Le procédé comprend l'ajout d'un agent de trempe amarante après chargement d'un colorant fluorescent dans une cellule. L'invention concerne un procédé de perte de calcium pour la détection de fluorescence de cellule d'un système homogène. Les avantages sont les suivants : (1) un liquide n'a pas besoin d'être remplacé avant la mesure de la cellule ; et (2) le processus de fonctionnement global est simple et peut être utilisé pour un criblage à haut débit.
