A liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: providing a first substrate (31), applying an organic layer (32) to a display region (310) of the first substrate (31), and applying a first frame sealant (33) to the periphery of the organic layer (32); performing UV curing on the first frame sealant (33); applying a second frame sealant (34) to the periphery of the UV-cured first frame sealant (33); dispensing liquid crystals on the organic layer (32); and providing a second substrate (36), aligning the second substrate (36) with the first substrate (31) to form a cell, and performing UV curing on the second frame sealant (34). The invention enables full UV curing of a frame sealant, thereby mitigating the problem of liquid crystal contamination caused by insufficient UV curing of a frame sealant due to an increase in metal wires at the periphery of an array substrate, and accordingly mitigating the issues of non-uniform cell gaps at the periphery of a display device, and sealant collapse.

La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication comprend : la fourniture d'un premier substrat (31), l'application d'une couche organique (32) sur une région d'affichage (310) du premier substrat (31) et l'application d'un premier matériau d'étanchéité de cadre (33) sur la périphérie de la couche organique (32); la réalisation d'un durcissement UV sur le premier matériau d'étanchéité de cadre (33); l'application d'un second matériau d'étanchéité de cadre (34) à la périphérie du premier matériau d'étanchéité de cadre durci par UV (33); la distribution de cristaux liquides sur la couche organique (32); et la fourniture d'un second substrat (36), l'alignement du second substrat (36) avec le premier substrat (31) pour former une cellule et la réalisation d'un durcissement UV sur le second matériau d'étanchéité de cadre (34). L'invention permet un durcissement UV complet d'un matériau d'étanchéité de cadre, ce qui permet d'atténuer le problème de contamination de cristaux liquides provoquée par un durcissement par UV insuffisant d'un matériau d'étanchéité de cadre en raison d'une augmentation des fils métalliques à la périphérie d'un substrat de réseau et d'atténuer en conséquence les problèmes d'espaces de cellules non uniformes au niveau de la périphérie d'un dispositif d'affichage et l'effondrement du matériau d'étanchéité.

一种液晶显示面板及其制备方法,制备方法包括:提供一第一基板(31),在第一基板(31)的显示区(310)涂布有机层(32),在有机层(32)的外围涂布第一封框胶(33);对第一封框胶(33)进行紫外固化;将紫外固化后的第一封框胶(33)的外围涂布第二封框胶(34);在有机层(32)上滴注液晶;提供一第二基板(36),将第二基板(36)与第一基板(31)对盒,再对第二封框胶(34)进行紫外固化。可以充分紫外固化封框胶,改善由于阵列基板周边金属线增多情况下,封框胶紫外固化不足导致的液晶污染,进一步改善显示器周边盒厚不均、液晶穿刺等问题。
