The 1,2,4-thiadiazole compounds as OLED device light-extracting layer materials, can significantly improve the luminous intensity, current efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency, chrominance and other performances of a device, and can prolong the device life.

L'invention concerne des composés de 1,2,4-thiadiazole, leur procédé de préparation et leur utilisation. Les composés de 1,2,4-thiadiazole, en tant que matériaux de couche d'extraction de lumière de dispositif OLED, peuvent améliorer significativement l'intensité lumineuse, le rendement de courant, le rendement énergétique, l'efficacité quantique externe, la chrominance et d'autres performances d'un dispositif, et peuvent prolonger la durée de vie du dispositif.
