A zinc slag dragging device in a zinc pot for a galvanizing production line, comprising a zinc pot body (1). Support frames (2) are provided at both sides of the top of the zinc pot body (1). A teeth track (3) is provided between two support frames (2). A sliding groove (4) is provided on the top of the teeth track (3), and is slidably connected to a mounting box (5). The mounting box (5) is provided with a motor (6). A rotation shaft of the motor (6) is fixedly connected to a central shaft (7). A gear (8) is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the central shaft (7). A support column (9) is provided on the bottom of the mounting box (5). The bottom of the support column (9) is connected to a dragging funnel (10). One end of the dragging funnel (10) is fixedly connected to an elastic film (11). One end of the elastic film (11) is fixedly connected to a filtering net (12). The middle of the dragging funnel (10) is slidably penetrated to connect to a baffle (13). By providing the dragging funnel (10) and the elastic film (11), the zinc slag in the zinc pot body (1) can be dragged, and a large amount of zinc slag is efficiently stored in the dragging funnel (10) to avoid extracting the zinc slag repeatedly and affecting the dragging efficiency.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement de scories de zinc dans un pot de zinc destiné à une chaîne de production de galvanisation, comprenant un corps de pot de zinc (1). Des cadres de support (2) sont disposés des deux côtés du sommet du corps de pot de zinc (1). Une piste de dents (3) est disposée entre les deux cadres de support (2). Une rainure de coulissement (4) est disposée sur le sommet de la piste de dents (3), et est reliée de façon coulissante à une boîte de montage (5). La boîte de montage (5) est pourvue d'un moteur (6). Un arbre de rotation du moteur (6) est relié à demeure à un arbre central (7). Un engrenage (8) est emmanché à demeure sur la surface de l'arbre central (7). Une colonne de support (9) est disposée sur le fond de la boîte de montage (5). Le fond de la colonne de support (9) est relié à un entonnoir d'entraînement (10). Une extrémité de l'entonnoir d'entraînement (10) est reliée à demeure à un film élastique (11). Une extrémité du film élastique (11) est reliée à demeure à un filet de filtrage (12). Le milieu de l'entonnoir d'entraînement (10) est pénétré de manière coulissante pour se lier à un déflecteur (13). Par disposition de l'entonnoir d'entraînement (10) et du film élastique (11), les scories de zinc dans le corps de pot de zinc (1) peuvent être entraînées, et une grande quantité de scories de zinc est stockée efficacement dans l'entonnoir d'entraînement (10) pour éviter d'extraire les scories de zinc de manière répétée et d'affecter l'efficacité d'entraînement.

一种用于镀锌生产线的锌锅内锌渣捞取装置,包括锌锅本体(1),锌锅本体(1)顶部两侧均设置有支撑架(2),两个支撑架(2)之间设置有齿牙轨道(3),齿牙轨道(3)顶部开设有滑槽(4),滑槽(4)内部滑动连接有安装箱(5),安装箱(5)内部设有电机(6),电机(6)转轴一端固定连接有中心轴(7),中心轴(7)表面固定套接有齿轮(8),安装箱(5)底部设置有支撑柱(9),支撑柱(9)底部连接有打捞斗(10),打捞斗(10)一端固定连接有弹性膜(11),弹性膜(11)一端固定连接有滤网(12),打捞斗(10)中部滑动贯穿连接有挡板(13)。通过设有打捞斗(10)与弹性膜(11),有利于对锌锅本体(1)内部锌渣打捞,有效的使打捞斗(10)内部存储多量的锌渣,防止来回将锌渣取出,影响打捞效率。
