A manufacturing device (100) of a display panel, comprising: a machine platform (101) for carrying and transmitting a glass substrate (102); a working pipe (103) provided above the machine platform and used for conveying a material to act on the glass substrate; a gas supply device (104) communicated with the working pipe by means of a gas supply pipeline (106); a liquid supply device (105) communicated with the working pipe by means of a liquid supply pipeline (107). A detection device (108) for detecting the state of conveying the glass substrate on the machine platform is provided on the machine platform, a first automatic valve (110) is provided on the gas supply pipeline, a second automatic valve (111) is provided on the liquid supply pipeline, and the detection device is coupled to the first automatic valve and the second automatic valve. During cleaning, the detection device detects the operation state of the machine platform, outputs a control signal, and controls ON or OFF of the first and second automatic valves according to the control signal (109). By means of the structure, the crystallization velocity at an exit of the working pipe is reduced or crystallization at the exit of the working pipe is eliminated, so as to reduce the occurrence of crystallization in the working pipe.
