A guide rail straightening machine and a straightening method. Automatic detection, straightening and conveying of guide rails are implemented by means of a feeding detection device (1), a straightening device (2), and a receiving frame (3). Particularly, after the guide rails pass through the feeding detection device (1), the bending position, the bending direction, and the bending degree are all detected and recorded, straightening time duration for the work of straightening rollers (24) is calculated by means of the diameter of guide rollers (22) in the straightening device (2), the rotating speed of a motor (23), and the transmission ratio, and at the same time, thrust of a pressure push device is controlled, so as to complete straightening. By means of the control of a controller over actions of all mechanisms and reasonable cooperation, the working efficiency of straightening processing is effectively improved; in addition, traditional distance control is converted into pressure control, so that the control is accurate and direct, thereby effectively improving the straightening control speed.

L'invention concerne une machine à redresser des rails de guidage et un procédé de redressage. La détection, le redressage et le transport automatiques de rails de guidage sont mis en œuvre au moyen d'un dispositif de détection d'alimentation (1), d'un dispositif de redressage (2) et d'un cadre de réception (3).
