A video decoding method is disclosed, the method comprising: determining a prediction mode of a current block as one of a skip mode or a merge mode; when a motion vector and a merge motion vector difference determined from the merge candidate list of the current block are used, applying one context information to perform entropy decoding on a bitstream thereby obtaining merge candidate information indicating one candidate of the merge candidate list; determining a basic motion vector from one candidate determined on the basis of the merge candidate information in the merge candidate list; and determining the motion vector of the current block by using the distance index of the merge motion vector difference and the direction index of the merge motion vector difference of the current block, and thus using the basic motion vector and the merge motion vector difference.

L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage vidéo, le procédé consistant : à déterminer un mode de prédiction d'un bloc courant comme étant un mode de saut ou un mode de fusion ; lorsqu'un vecteur de mouvement et une différence de vecteurs de mouvement de fusion déterminés à partir de la liste de candidats de fusion du bloc courant sont utilisés, à appliquer une information de contexte afin de réaliser un décodage entropique sur un flux binaire, afin d'obtenir ainsi des informations de candidat de fusion indiquant un candidat de la liste de candidats de fusion ; à déterminer un vecteur de mouvement de base à partir d'un candidat déterminé sur la base des informations de candidat de fusion dans la liste de candidats de fusion ; et à déterminer le vecteur de mouvement du bloc courant à l'aide de l'indice de distance de la différence de vecteurs de mouvement de fusion et de l'indice de direction de la différence de vecteurs de mouvement de fusion du bloc courant, et ainsi à utiliser le vecteur de mouvement de base et la différence de vecteurs de mouvement de fusion.

스킵 모드 및 머지 모드 중 하나로 현재 블록의 예측 모드를 결정하고, 현재 블록의 머지 후보 리스트에서 결정된 움직임 벡터와 머지 움직임 벡터 차분이 이용되는 경우, 하나의 컨텍스트 정보를 적용하여 엔트로피 복호화를 비트스트림에 수행함으로써 머지 후보 리스트 중 하나의 후보를 가리키는 머지 후보 정보를 획득하고, 머지 후보 리스트 중에서 머지 후보 정보에 기초하여 결정된 하나의 후보로부터 기본 움직임 벡터를 결정하고, 현재 블록의 머지 움직임 벡터 차분의 거리 인덱스 및 머지 움직임 벡터 차분의 방향 인덱스를 이용하여, 기본 움직임 벡터와 머지 움직임 벡터 차분을 이용함으로써 현재 블록의 움직임 벡터를 결정하는 비디오 복호화 방법이 제안된다.
