The present invention provides Streptomyces coelicolor strain A3(2)_M22-2C43 obtained by inducing a point mutation in the base sequence of the DagB gene in a wild-type Streptomyces coelicolor strain A3(2) by UV radiation. Since the Streptomyces coelicolor strain A3(2)_M22-2C43 according to the present invention expresses a DagB mutant enzyme expressing little or no DagB beta-agarase or exhibiting little or no beta-agarase activity, there is no need for separate isolation and purification of DagA enzymes from culture fluid, and the culture fluid of the Streptomyces coelicolor strain A3(2)_M22-2C43 or supernatant thereof can be used to produce, from agar or agarose, neoagarose oligosaccharides with a higher content of neoagarotetraose or neoagarohexaose than that of neoagarobiose.

La présente invention se rapporte à une souche de Streptomyces coelicolor a3 (2)_M22-2 C43 obtenue par induction d'une mutation ponctuelle dans la séquence de base du gène DagB dans une souche de Streptomyces coelicolor de type sauvage a3 (2) Par rayonnement UV. Puisque la souche de Streptomyces coelicolor a3 (2)_M22-2 C43 selon la présente invention exprime une enzyme mutante de DagB exprimant peu ou pas de DagB beta-agarase ou présentant peu ou pas d'activité beta-agarase, il n'est pas nécessaire d'isoler et de purifier séparément des enzymes DagA à partir d'un fluide de culture, et le fluide de culture de la souche de Streptomyces coelicolor a3 (2)_M22-2 C43, ou un surnageant dudit fluide peut être utilisé pour produire, à partir de l'agar ou de l'agarose, des oligosaccharides de néoagarose ayant une teneur plus élevée en néoagarotetraose ou en néoagarhexaose par rapport à celle de la néagarobiose.

본 발명은 자외선 조사에 의해 와일드 타입의 스트렙토마이세스 시리칼라( Streptomyces coelicolor) A3(2) 균주에 존재하는 DagB 유전자의 염기서열이 점 돌연변이된 스트렙토마이세스 시리칼라( Streptomyces coelicolor) A3(2)_M22-2C43 균주를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 시리칼라( Streptomyces coelicolor) A3(2)_M22-2C43 균주는 DagB 베타-아가레이즈를 거의 발현하지 않거나 베타-아가레이즈 활성이 거의 없는 DagB 변이 효소를 발현하기 때문에 배양액으로부터 별도로 DagA 효소를 분리정제할 필요가 없으며, 스트렙토마이세스 시리칼라( Streptomyces coelicolor) A3(2)_M22-2C43 균주의 배양액 또는 이의 상등액을 이용하여 한천 또는 아가로스로부터 네오아가로비오스(neoagarobiose)보다 네오아가로테트라오스(neoagarotetraose) 또는 네오아가로헥사오스(neoagarohexaose)의 함량이 상대적으로 높은 네오아가로올리고당을 제조할 수 있다.
