Abstract
(EN) A system for identifying a sentiment accesses net promoter scores (NPS) and corresponding text data. The corresponding text data are filtered based on a maximum value of the NPS and a minimum value of the NPS. The system uses a learning algorithm to train a model based on the filtered text data and the corresponding maximum or minimum value of the NPS.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'identification de sentiment qui accède à des indices de recommandation client (IRC) et à des données textuelles correspondantes. Les données textuelles correspondantes sont filtrées sur la base d'une valeur maximale de l'IRC et d'une valeur minimale de l'IRC. Le système utilise un algorithme d'apprentissage pour entraîner un modèle sur la base des données textuelles filtrées et de la valeur maximale ou minimale correspondante de l'IRC.
