A system of barcoding isotopically encoded particles in combination with elemental analyses and imaging that includes a particulate matrix, at least one isotope label contained in the particulate matrix, where the isotope label operates as i) an elemental identifier, ii) a mass identifier, or iii) an elemental identifier and a mass identifier, where the matrix operates as multi-digit particulate barcodes, at least i) a mass-based imager, ii) an elemental analyzer, iii) or the mass-based imager and the elemental analyzer, and a debarcoding algorithm and an automated machine learning analysis algorithm programmed on a computer to computational extract the multi-digit particulate barcodes for quantification of spatial nanotag distributions in ion beam imaging areas.

Cette invention concerne un système de codification à barres de particules codées de manière isotopique en combinaison avec des analyses élémentaires et une imagerie, comprenant une matrice particulaire, au moins un traceur isotopique contenu dans la matrice particulaire, le traceur isotopique fonctionnant comme : i) un identificateur d'éléments, ii) un identificateur de masse, ou iii) un identificateur d'éléments et un identificateur de masse, la matrice fonctionnant en tant que codes-barres particulaires à plusieurs chiffres, au moins i) un imageur de masse, ii) un analyseur d'éléments, ou iii) l'imageur de masse et l'analyseur d'éléments, et un algorithme de décodage de code-barres et un algorithme d'analyse d'apprentissage automatique programmé sur un ordinateur pour extraire par calcul les codes-barres particulaires à plusieurs chiffres pour la quantification de distributions de nanomarqueurs spatiaux dans des zones d'imagerie par faisceau d'ions.
