Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for providing a substrate made of a porous carbonaceous material with vertically aligned carbon nanotubes, said method having a first step of depositing a ceramic underlayer on said substrate followed by a second step of synthesising, by catalytic chemical vapour deposition, said vertically aligned carbon nanotubes on the substrate obtained after the first step, the carbon source necessary for the synthesis during this second step being injected in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the substrate and at a pressure less than 8104 Pa (800 mbar). The present invention relates to said substrate thus provided and to the use of same for preparing an electrode such as a supercapacitor electrode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour doter un support en un matériau carboné poreux avec des nanotubes de carbone verticalement alignés, ledit procédé présentant une première étape de dépôt d'une sous-couche de céramique sur ledit support suivie d'une deuxième étape de synthèse, par dépôt chimique catalytique en phase vapeur, desdits nanotubes de carbone verticalement alignés sur le support obtenu suite à la première étape, la source de carbone nécessaire à la synthèse lors de cette deuxième étape étant injectée dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan du support et à une pression inférieure à 8.104 Pa (800 mbar). La présente invention concerne ledit support ainsi doté et son utilisation pour préparer une électrode comme une électrode de supercondensateur.
